Aurore Bachelet is the daughter of the highly respected Burgundy producer Vincent Bachelet, and after studying oenology for 5 years, Aurore bought her own vineyard with 3 hectares of fields in Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay and Maranges.
Aurore cherishes its wine in the same way that gastronomes process quality ingredients. Good grapes are the key to good nectar, and the winery works carefully throughout the year to optimize the quality of the grapes and their wines.
